Draft of a letter regarding Fitzgerald's movements in coming to the Gulf and Pelly's intention to take three months leave following his visit.

The letter goes on to discuss the frontier between Beloochistan [Baluchistan] and Persia, the precise position of the current Russian frontier and how the tribes on the frontier observe the Russians.
