Included is a copy of a letter from Bombay to Jaffier Khan [Ja‘far Khan Zand], dated 3 May 1788. It gives an account of Sheikh Nāsir's refusal to provide a pilot for an English vessel and requests that the Sheikh's conduct be looked into.
