The letter informs that the account books received from Bushire were for 1764 rather than 1766 as requested. There is acknowledgement of reports of trouble in Carmenia [Kirmān Province]. Various cloth types that are surplus at Bushire are discussed, specifying whether they are needed at Basra or not. It is reported that John Sebastian Natter has recovered and sails to Bushire.
