The letter complains about the colours of the woollens recently sent to Basra from Bushire. It contains the directions to assist George Skipp, who has been selected to represent the Company at Karim Khan's court in Schiras [Shiraz]. There are also the orders to pay Commodore Price and Captain Leslie their salaries, as well as those of their corps.
