Letter regarding Pelly's intention of visiting Shiraz and requesting Alison's assistance in securing the use of a house there.

The letter goes on to discuss Shiraz's claim that Bahrein belongs to Persia and the Persian governments view that the Resident has been granted the privilege of residing at Bushire and that therefore that Fars and Persia have the right to interfere in his work.
