Letter regarding gun-boats and coal for the Gulf and the steam company having borrowed 200 tons of coal until their depot at Muskat can be accessed.
The letter also reports that Henry W Warner has been sent to Gwadur and Edwin Dawes is in charge of Berenice as well as encouraging British boats to use their sails to save on coal.
