Letter enclosing Pelly's letter to Seymour John Blane for Clerk and Percivals perusal and requesting they forward it on to Blane once read.

The letter also refers to Pelly's recent work in Muskat and the completion of his Muskat Wahabee [Wahhabi] mission and his hopes of being able to rest en-route to Mussendum [Musandam].
