Letter reporting that he had disposed of all the Bengal bills, transmitting a statement of Colonel Macdonald's accounts with the Residency An office of the East India Company and, later, of the British Raj, established in the provinces and regions considered part of, or under the influence of, British India. , and reporting that the money in the accounts were currently available in Tomans 10,000 Persian dinars, or a gold coin of that value. but could be made available in Rupees Indian silver coin also widely used in the Persian Gulf. if required.
