Letter forwarding a corrected abstract of expenditure during Stannus absence on duty from the Residency An office of the East India Company and, later, of the British Raj, established in the provinces and regions considered part of, or under the influence of, British India. November and December 1825, and March and April 1826; along with additional expenses incurred between 30 October and 11 November 1825 whilst on official duty at Katiffe [Al Qaţīf] in Bahrein.
The letter concludes by stating that James Pringle Riach's absence from the Residency An office of the East India Company and, later, of the British Raj, established in the provinces and regions considered part of, or under the influence of, British India. has resulted in some statements and accounts not being formally signed and that these will be forwarded as soon as possible once he had returned.
