Handbook on health and medicine for use while travelling or at home, divided into 14 chapters (أبواب) by Raḍī al-Dīn Abū al-Qāsim ‘Alī ibn Mūsá ibn ibn Ja‘far ibn Muḥammad ibn Muḥammad al-Ṭāwūs al-‘Alawī al-Fāṭimī (رضي الدين أبو القاسم علي بن موسى بن جعفر بن محمد بن محمد الطاووس العلوي الفاطمي; d. 1266).

The copy was completed on 28 Dhū al-Ḥijjah 1092/9 January 1682 by Muḥammad ibn Ja‘far ibn Ḥājjī Sulṭān ‘Alī al-Ahdab (محمد بن جعفر بن حاجي سلطانعلي الأهدب), who completed the collation on 7 Muḥarram 1093/16 January 1682 (see colophon Section at the end of a manuscript text. , f. 138r, lines 9-17, and collation note, both transcribed below).

الحمد لله رب العالمين وصلوته على سيّد المرسلين

محمد وآله الطاهرين يقول مولانا الأفضل الأكمل

الأورع الزاهد العابد المرابط المجاهد ذو المناقب

والفضائل والأيادي والفواضل النقيب الطاهر شرف

العترة نقيب نقباء آله أبي طالب في الأقارب والأجانب

رضي الدين جمال العارفين ركن الإسلام والمسلمين

أبو القاسم علي بن موسى بن جعفر بن محمد بن محمد الطاوس

العلوي الفاطمي حرس الله مجدي وأطال في عمره
