Government at Dhahran to the Political Agent A mid-ranking political representative (equivalent to a Consul) from the diplomatic corps of the Government of India or one of its subordinate provincial governments, in charge of a Political Agency. , Bahrain.
I refer you to your Excellency’s letter No.191
of 8th Muharraq 64 (23rd December 44) and kindly
request you to inform the Priest Gehbriel that such
a request had not a precedent in the past, nor has it
met with the consent of the authorities concerned.
