I have the honour to submit to your Honour the
question of Zubarah 18th-century town located 105 km from Doha. . I have explained to your Honour
repeatedly about the provocation caused and the agression
done to us by Bahrain on account of this imaginary claim
which is not set up on a foundation or basis according to
intellect and logic. I am surprised at this claim which
they have created in connection v^ith Zubarah 18th-century town located 105 km from Doha. which is my land
and one of the Qatari Coasts.

I could not disagree with your wishes. And in accordance
with your desire X sent my two representatives to Bahrain
for negotiation under the supervision of His Britannic

on the subjecy and my representatives x ooduced clear proofs

entatives of H.H. the Ruler cf Bahrain to which I did not
agree because I considered it the same claim which they
created but in order to preserve the friendly relations
existing between me and H.H. the Ruler oi Bahrain and
in support of the mutual neighbourly friendship I
inserted some modifications in the same and sent it
