Sir,
I have the honour to submit for your infor
mation the State Budget for 1353 and the annual
report and particulars of Revenue and Expenditure
for 1352. This is the ninth budget which I
have had the honour to prepare.
The annual report is very brief. Many
matters which should have been mentioned have
been omitted. Owing to the fact that I am pro
ceeding on leave in three days most of the report
was prepared before the end of the year. I have
had a great deal of additional work to complete
during the last two months besides my ordinary
duties, I have carried out the work which used
to be done by the Assistant Adviser and Commandant

The records cover the years 1352-1354AH (1933-1935). These records include details of the expenditure and budget of the government.

The file also contains annual reports written by Charles Belrave that cover a range of topics including the pearling industry in Bahrain, education, agriculture, the police force, and public works.

The file contains three black and white photos (ff 144-146), the titles of which are as follows:

Physical characteristics
