I have received your letter No.C/465 dated 8th May, 1946
corresponding tp^Gth Jamad A3.-*Thani, 1365, regarding your
letter No.C/1135 dated 23rd December, 1945. The latter
reached me and I believe that I have ordered the issue oi a
reply to you. As regards what you have mentioned, steps will
be taken for the issue of licences to each boat carrying arms
for emergencies in accordance with what you had mentioned.
