Dubai has shown Lermitte an agreement (not yet signed)

for 25 years. Ruler wishes Company to inform him if
there is any objection by the Company.
4. Before referring the matter to London Packer
asks me if the negotiation is being conducted with your
knowledge and approval and I am replying in the affirmative.
