In the event of war it is proposed to issue
an Order in Council A regulation issued by the sovereign of the United Kingdom on the advice of the Privy Council. which v/ould apply inter alia to
British protected States regarding detention of enemy eivil
aircraft and the period of grace if any to be allowed for
their departure. It seems to be unlikely that the Order
would have any practical ap lication in Arab Gulf States
