2. I discussed the case with Pally and Khan Sahib Abdul
Razzak on my visit to Sharjah last month. Khan Sahib Abdul
Razzak explained that the Shaikh of Fujairah's letter of 4th
April 1941 (copy of translation enclosed) contained the sub
stance of a friendly talk which the two of them had; and it

written, as Khan Sahib Abdul Razzak thought it would be useful
