powers conferred by section 27 of the Indian
Arms Act, 1878 (XI of 1878), the Governor
General in Council is pleased to direct that the
following further amendment shall be made in
the Indian Arms Rules, 1924, namely :—
In Schedule IV to the said Rules in the
second column against entry (8),
for the words “ and rifle, pistol, and
revolver ammunition ” the words
“ balled ammunition, and ammuni
tion for rifles, pistols and revolvers . 11
shall be substituted.
