Dear Sir,
We have the pleasure to send you, herewith, a letter
addressed to you by our Engineering Director, Mr. W. Storey
Wilson, informing you of our intention to establish an
Administrative Headquarters at Dubai on the frucial Coast.
We hope to secure a share of any construction work
that may be undertaken in that area, and vie ho v 'e, also, to
establish friendly contacts with the various British Officials
and with the Arab Rulers and their peonle in the area.
