Reference your letter dated the 29th January, 1946.
2. I am desired to say that there is no objection to
the use ol the ARAMCO private aircraft for conveyance of
key personnel only of the Arabian American Oil Company
and its affiliate company BAPCO between Dhahran and Awali
ano vice versa. it is not possible closely to define
this wording, but I know that I can rely upon both com
panies to keep with the spirit of the agreement.
Perhaps you could let me have particulars of the
aircraft it is proposed to use.
3. The use of the 'plane would be subject to fulfilment
of certain local conditions and I should be grateful if you
would let.me have your concurrence to them. They arej-
