It is intended to use the port exclusively for freight and
for this purposoa standard gauge railway is being constructed

and Huffuf. Part of the installation between Daman and

of "flat cars" have arrived from the United States.

connection with fcho improvenent of the road system in the area, of
the Oil Company. The present surfaces are poor and it is
anticipated that with the installa.tion of Tap line the road
system from Dharan to Ras-Tanura and Ras-al-Mishaab will
be overhauled.
