part of our territory that it has now been
decided by the High British Government that
these islands belong to the State of £>ohrain
andnot to the State of Qatar, fce thank the
High British Government for going into this
matter and safeguarding our rights and, by
the Grace of God, we are satisfied about the
extremely good relations between us and the
High British Government, note that Your
Excellency has informed the Shaikh of Qatar
and we are very thankful to Your iioccellency
