No. 1917-29/28 dated 7th Lay 1945 and enclosure, from which it
appears that the arrangements under which the Persian diilf
Sheikhdoms‘ bran requirements are to be exported have not been
communicated to other Departments concerned,
3. Grateful if reason for refusal of permit in this instance
could be intimated, and also if any steps necessary to make
arrangements effective in future could be taken. My Express
Letter No. 578-3 dated 30th May, 1945, also refers.
