A rticle 8 . CONTROL OF MOTOR VBHICLSd .
. New motor vehicles of American or Canadian manu
facture, (other than motor cycles) for which payment
has been made with foreign currency obtained through

of, except under and subject to the conditions speci
fied in a written permit from the Controller.
For the purpose of this Article, the Political
Agent shall be the Controller.

No member of the general public shall purchase
or have in their possession any article or commodity
in excess of their reasonable requirements.

unreasonably to dispose of his goods to any other
merchant or member of the general public.
Article 11 . E XPORT .
(a) The export from Bahrain of all goods described
in Schedule VI is prohibited except with the per
mission of the political Agent A mid-ranking political representative (equivalent to a Consul) from the diplomatic corps of the Government of India or one of its subordinate provincial governments, in charge of a Political Agency. . Permission to
export articles listed in Schedule VI shall be
applied for on the form attached to this Order.
Such forms may be obtained from the Director of
Customsfon payment of one rupee!and should be

in his opinion, the goods which it is desired to
