Please refer to the despatch from His Majesty’s
Secretary of State for India Ho. 73 Political, dated
the 75th August 1911, regarding the issue of revised
Rules of Court with Table of fees, under the Persian
. Coast and Islands Order in Council A regulation issued by the sovereign of the United Kingdom on the advice of the Privy Council. , 1907. Three
copies of the Rules were sent to the Political
Resident in the Persian Oulf in accordance with the
instructions contained in the above mentioned
despatch. Colonel Cox has now reported that he
has submitted, duly completed, one copy of the
Rules to the London Foreign Office. Will you kindly
arrange

The successor to the Court of Directors. and the Foreign Office on the application of the 1908 Indian Limitation Act to the Persian Coast and Islands.
