With reference to Mr. perard’s endorsement, dated the 5th
February 1909, and its enclosure, regarding the deportation of
one Abdulrahman el Hindi from Alexandria to Bombay, I am direct
to say that, in the absence of particulars regarding this indi
vidual, no trace can be obtained of him in Bombay. I am, there
fore, to request that you will be so good as to furnish the --

From c. 1668-1858, the East India Company’s administration in the city of Bombay [Mumbai] and western India. From 1858-1947, a subdivision of the British Raj. It was responsible for British relations with the Gulf and Red Sea regions.
with such information as will facilitate
