Intelligence reports are sent to Hennell by his agents at Sharjah, Muscat, and Bandar-e Lengeh. In turn, Hennell reports on slave trading activities to Arthur Malet, Chief Secretary of the Government Bombay (Arab coast incidents) and to Colonel Justin Sheil, Her Majesty's Minister Plenipotentiary and Envoy Extraordinary A diplomatic representative who ranks below an ambassador. The term can be shortened to 'envoy'. at the Court of Persia (Persian coast incidents).
