^ r ’ r ^ ^ Winchester House, Old Broad Street, London, July 1, 1909.
^ 1HANR you for your letter of the 28th June, asking for any observations that
occur to me m regard to its enclosure.
I find that the enclosure was communicated to you by a telegram a paraphrase of
which was communicated by you to Sir Hugh S. Barnes'in your Office letter of the
24th‘ May.
Ihe telegram was full, conveying substantially the whole of the information
contained in your present enclosure, and I wrote to you fully regarding it on the
27th May.
I find that I have now nothing to add to what I wrote then and in subsequent
letters, and said in the interview which you were good enough to give me.
I am, &c.
C. W. WALLACE, Vice-Chairman.
