Part 3 contains minutes and correspondence regarding the reconstruction of the Bushire - Shiraz and Borasjin [Borazjan, Iran] - Bundur Rig [Bandar Rig, Iran] telegraph lines, and the question of claiming the cost from the Persian Government.
