thirtyeight, (corresponding to 14th day of Shawwal 1357) and the
extension agreeiiient thereto dated twentysecond day of march, One '
thousand nine hundred and fortyone, (correspoiiding to 14 th day of
Saffar I 360 ), hereinafter called the "Revised I 938 Agreeruent",

1* All rights, privileges and obligations of the Ruler and
of the Company respectively under the Revised 1938
Agreement shall now be cancelled as from the date
abovementioned. This includes cancellation of the
period of three months v/ritten notice as provided
for in Article 6 of the Revised I 938 Agreement.
2. The payment of

Eleven thousand two hundred and
fifty due on 7th June 1945# in respect of the period
7th June 1945 to 6 th September 1945, shall be the
last payment due under the Revised 1938 .agreement
and shall be-in full discharge of all financial
obligations under tnat Agreement.
