the same is posted, and in proving such service it shall be sufficient
to prove that the letter containing the notice or document was
properly addressed, stamped and posted and, where registration is
practicable, registered.
WINDING UP.
m In the event of the Company being wound up the assets
available for distribution among the members shall be applied first
in repaying to the holders of "A" shares the amount paid up
thereon and the residue shall be divided among the holders of
"B" shares in proportion to the amount paid up on such shares
respectively.
121. If the Company shall be wound up the Liquidator may
with the sanction of an extraordinary resolution of the contributories
divide amongst the contributories in specie the whole or any part of
the assets of the Company, and may with the like sanction vest the
whole or any part of such assets in trustees upon such trusts for the
benefit of the contributories as the Liquidator with the like sanction
shall think fit.
