attack materialise in this quarter it may make the Damascus
~ Ramadi motor routes insecure* I recommend that immediate
action be taken to cut off Ibn Sard’s supplies - by sea that
a pledge be demanded from him that no further raids take
place anh that compensuntlon for the loss of life and
property occasioned by the last raid be given without delay
