negotiations with a view to reaching a settlement on the
basis which they have already explained to the Government of
his Majesty the King, subject to the proviso that they trust
that, pending a final settlement, the employees of C*A.3,0.C.
will not go beyond the frontier indicated by the British
Government* The British Government have moreover suggested
that a joint topographical mission should be formed to
ascertain the position of some of the natural features of the
places situated near that line*
