It discusses the procedure for serving the summons to the King of Yemen, Imam Yahya bin Muhammad bin Hamid Ud Din [Ḥamīd al-Dīn, Yaḥyā Muḥammad], and to other persons residing in a foreign territory.
Correspondents include: the Acting Chief Commissioner, Aden; the Deputy Secretary to the Government of India, Foreign and Political Department; and the Secretary to the Government of Bombay From c. 1668-1858, the East India Company’s administration in the city of Bombay [Mumbai] and western India.
