the 16th November, I am pleased to inform you that
the Ministry of Information is prepared to meet the
expenditure incurred in supplying the Legation at
Kabul with a single copy of the nine periodicals
for which Sir K. Fraser-Tytler has asked.
Would you, therefore, please arrange for Wm.
Dawson & Sons to forv/ard their quarterly account to
Mr. R.B. Green at the Ministry of Information, who
will arrange for its payment.
