No. P,Z.7476/32 dated 15th December 1932, respecting
the supply of a three pounder gun, etc. to the Sheikh
of Koweit, I have to forward a payable order for
£1.16.11, being the balance due for refund as shown by
the attached statement of the charges incurred, and
to request that you will be good enough to arrange for
the amount in question to be paid to the Sheiki..
