This map focuses on the central and western parts of the Austro-Hungarian Empire [Austria-Hungary], and is directly related to page 4 of the synopsis (folio 137v), wherein the 1917 agreement between Britain and Roumania [Romania] is outlined. The agreement sought to secure the annexation to Roumania of the Austro-Hungarian territories (as marked on this map).
