In continuation of ay despatch Wo. 370 of August
8th, I have the honour to transmit herewith a copy of a
letter from the Chief Manager of the Imperial Bank of
Persia.
draft exchange of letters appears to me quite all right
and have congratulated him on settling so quickly a
question which might, as the Ghah had personally inter
ested himself in it, have proved extremely tiresome.
