The file’s key correspondents are: representatives of the Government of Persia, including the Persian Minister of Finance (Taqizadeh Hassan) and the Persian Foreign Minister (Mirza Mohamad Ali Khan Feroughi); representatives of the Imperial Bank of Persia (E Wilkinson, E M Eldrid, Ord Adams Butters); British Government officials in Persia (Robert Henry Clive, Charles Dodd, Hughe Montgomery Knatchbull-Hugesson).
