The most influential of the Balasari Mullas of Kirman.
Was the leader of the riots with the Shaikhis in
1905 and was bastinadoed by the Zafarms-Suitanah
on this account. The Zafar-us-Sultanah lost his post
as a consequence and since then other Governors of
Kerman have treated him with careful respect. Keeps
