The file contains correspondence concerning negotiations with Shaikh Shakhbut bin Sultan Al Nahyan, Ruler of Abu Dhabi, for air facilities at Yas Island [Sir Bani Yas] and Abu Dhabi. The required air facilities include emergency landing grounds, moorings for flying boats, and petrol storage facilities.
