25 th August 1924 , I have the honour to forward a copy of
No. 89 / 842 , dated the 26th September 1925.| the marginally noted
letter from His Majesty*s Consul, Kerman, regarding the
re parent of the loan of romans 14,000 granted by the
oovernment Of India to Sardar Leader of a tribe or a polity; also refers to a military rank or title given to a commander of an army or division. Nasrat.
2. Mr. Lav/ has fully explained the circumstances of the
case and I am of the opinion that the arrangement proposed
by him is the best in the circumstances. I therefore
reconrrBnd it for the favourable consideration and sanction
of the uoveminent of India.
