Kuwait Oil Company inform us that Major Holmes
wishes to visit Kuwait early in March both for the purpose of
a routine visit to the Shaikh and to attend the ceremony when
production of crude oil begins. Holmes wishes that his Indian
Interpreter Shamsuddin should be oresent in Kuwait while he is
