DEPARTMENT OF STATE
Dr. C.S.G. Mylrea,
Kuwait,
Persian Gulf
The historical term used to describe the body of water between the Arabian Peninsula and Iran.
.
Dear Dr. Mylrea:
The Consulate General is required to submit an
annual report on the automotive vehicle census of
Kuwait. Since there appears to be no proper official
in Kuwait to whom a request for information may be
addressed, I am taking the liberty of asking you to
fill in the enclosed questionnaire and of returning
it to me.
While accurate figures are desirable, estimates
will serve the purpose if nothing else is available.
In either event, I will be most grateful for your
assistance.
Very truly yours
For the Minister Resident
and consul General,
J
