I agree that the question of jurisdiction in
the Neutral Zone should be ta.-cen up urgently. So far as
jurisdiction in the narrower sense of the word is concerned
we might perhaps reach a temporary wording agreement where
by all employees of AMINCO excluding Saudi subjects would
be subject to the Kuwait Courts including in respect of
nationals of non-moslems states the Political Agents
