T.A.Divl.7 of 30-31/1367, I am directed to observe as follows:-
4. Lingah - Assistant Surgeon.
The interpretation placed upon the telegram from the
Government of India referred to by the Foreign Office appears
correct and accordingly involves the deletion of a moiety of
the sum of Rs.3,850 from the claim by this Office.
