With reference to your letter No. E 243/3/91 of the
8th February, 1939 and connected correspondence regarding
the Treaty of Commerce and Navigation concluded between
the United Kingdom and Muscat on the 5th February, 1939,
I am directed by Mr. Secretary MacDonald to request you
to inform Viscount Halifax that it is desired that notice
should be given of the application of the Treaty to the
following territories in accordance with the provisions
of Article 19:-

Barbados
British Guiana
British Honduras
Cyprus
Falkland Islands and Dependencies
Fiji
Gold Coast Colony
(Ashanti
