office allowance of the Bushire Residency An office of the East India Company and, later, of the British Raj, established in the provinces and regions considered part of, or under the influence of, British India. .
2. Subject to Mr. Eden’s
concurrencej and to 1he acceptance
by the Lords Commissioners of His Majesty's
Treasury of a moiety of the increased
expenditure as a charge on Imperial
revenues, the Marquess of Zetland proposes
to sanction the proposal of the
Government of India that the grant should
be fixed at Rs.42,000 per annum, with
effect from 1st April 1936 for a
period of 3 years in the first instance.
