disembarkation of troops, says now that he was mistaken.
His belief is now that only the General and his staff have (arrived .). y
now General should have reached Kasvin and we hope that he will move to
wards Tehran at once.
Whether any convention with Germany has been signed is doubted by
Russian Minister.
