Kuweit water boats now permitted to enter
Shattal Arab under following condition.
(A) All crews must be doubly inoculated against
cholera.
(B) Boats will be quarantined on arrival, and
crews will submit 3 specimen stools at 24 hours
intervals.
(C) They must not touch or have any communication
with Iraqi shore.
(D) They must not carry passengers.
(E) They must take fresh water from point
indicated by Mudir of Fao.

of any alterations in this procedure.
